He could not find a Place in Muzdalifah


Question :

If the Hajj pilgrim cannot find a place in Muzdalifah to stay the night before the day of the 'Eid, what is the ruling?


Answer:

Whoever is unable to stay in Muzdalifah, it is obvious that there is no sin on him, because obligations are removed due to a lack of ability to carry them out.
