Dua When Something Overwhelms You

حَسْبِيَ اللّٰهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيْلُ

Translation :

Allah is enough for me and He is the Best Protector.

Transliteration :

Ḥasbiyallāhu wa niʿmal Wakīl.

Hadith:

ʿAwf bin Mālik (raḍiy Allāhu ‘anhu) said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave judgement between two men, and the one against whom the judgement was given said [the above] when he turned away. The Messenger ﷺ said: “Allah rebukes people for weakness. You must be strong. If something overwhelms you, say: [the above]. (Abū Dāwūd 3627)
