Dua for Protection from Bad Days, Companions and Neighbours
✨ اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ يَّوْمِ السُّوْءِ ، وَمِنْ لَيْلَةِ السُّوْءِ ، وَمِنْ سَاعَةِ السُّوْءِ ، وَمِنْ صَاحِبِ السُّوْءِ ، وَمِنْ جَارِ السُّوْءِ فِيْ دَارِ الْمُقامَةِ.
Translation :
O Allah, I seek Your protection from bad days, bad nights, bad moments, bad companions, and from bad neighbours in (permanent) places of residence.
Transliteration :
Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika mi-y-yawmi-s-sū’, wa mi-l-laylati-s-sū’, wa min sāʿti-s-sū’, wa min ṣāḥibi-s-sū’, wa min jāri-s-sū’i fī dāri-l-muqāmah.
Hadith:
ʿUqbah b. ʿĀmir (raḍiy Allāhu ‘anhu) narrates that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would say [the above]. (Tabarānī 810)
