The Hour Will Not Come Until The Land Of The Arabs Again Has Rivers And Green with Vegetation
Question :
It is said that from the signs of the Day of Judgement is that the land of the Arabian Peninsula will become very fertile and rivers will flow through it is this correct?
Answer:
The Hadith you are referring to is authentic and is related by Muslim in his Sahih; in it the Prophet ﷺ said :
"The Hour will not arrive until a person will give gold and silver in charity but will find no one who is willing to accept it from him. And the Hour will not arrive until the land of the Arabs again has rivers and green with vegetation.".
Because of the increase of wealth near the end of time, and because people will lead less worldly lives, no one will accept charity. And the land of the Arabs means is the Arabian Peninsula.
