Is it Allowed for Men to Wear a Wristwatch
Question :
Are men allowed to wear a wristwatch? I heard some people say it wasn't allowed, arguing that it was an imitation of women.
Answer:
We are not aware of any harm in that, and it is not A imitation of women because women's watches are designed for them and men's for them. If it were the same there would still be no harm in it. This is like the silver ring, it may be worn by both, and the objective of a watch is not adornment or jewelry, but to be aware of the time. And with Allah is the facilitation to do what is right.
