Dua for problems
Here is a list of 8 authentic dua to be recited when someone is in trouble or facing problems in life.
1.
حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ
“Allah is sufficient for us and He is the Best Guardian”. Al Quran 3:173
2.
اللهم إني أعوذ بك من الهم والحزن، والعجز والكسل، والجبن والبخل، وغلبة الدين وقهر الرجال
O Allah, I seek refuge in you from grief and sadness, from weakness and from laziness, from miserliness and from cowardice, from being overcome by debt and overpowered by men (i.e. others).

لا إله إلا الله العظيم الحليم، لا إله إلا الله ربّ العرش العظيم، لا إله إلا الله ربّ السَّماوات، وربّ الأرض، وربّ العرش الكريم
There is none worthy of worship but Allah the Mighty, the Forbearing. There is none worthy of worship but Allah, Lord of the Magnificent Throne. There is none worthy of worship but Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, and Lord of the Noble Throne.

اللَّهُمَّ رحمتَك أرجو فلا تَكِلْني إلى نفسي طَرْفةَ عَينٍ وأصلِحْ لي شأني كُلَّه، لا إلهَ إلَّا أنت
O Allah, I hope for Your mercy. Do not leave me to myself even for the blinking of an eye (i.e. a moment). Correct all of my affairs for me. There is none worthy of worship but You.
5.
لا إله إلا أنت سبحانك إني كنت من الظالمين
“There is none worthy of worship but You, glory is to You. Surely, I was among the wrongdoers.” Al Quran 21:87
6.
اللهُ اللهُ ربِّي، لا أُشرِكُ به شيئًا
Allah, Allah is my Lord. I do not associate anything with Him.
7.
اللهم لا سهل إلا ما جعلته سهلا، أنت تجعل الحزن إِذَا شِئتَ سَهْل
O Allah, there is no easy except what you make it easy. You makes the difficult, when you want, easy.
8.
إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون، اللهم آجرني في مصيبتي، وأخلف لي خيرًا منها
We are from Allah and unto Him we return. O Allah take me out of my plight and bring to me after it something better.
