I contend with You and turn to You for judgment. Forgive me for what has preceded, what has been delayed, what has been kept secret, and what has been disclosed. You are the First, and You are the Last; there is no deity except You.

O Allah, make our tongues full of Your remembrance, our hearts with awe of You, and our secrets with obedience to You. You are capable of all things; Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from a heart that does not humble itself, from a supplication that is not heard, from a soul that is not satisfied, and from knowledge that does not benefit. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from these four things.

O Lord of the worlds, O Helper, O Generous One, honor him and grant him success in every step he takes in this world. O Lord, admit him through a truthful entrance and lead him out through a truthful exit. Grant him authority from You as a supporting ally.
O Allah, I ask You to facilitate his affairs and make goodness in that. Indeed, You are capable of all things.
O Allah, grant him light in his heart, beauty in his appearance, and strength in his work. Guide him to what You love and are pleased with.
O Allah, grant him knowledge that is beneficial, actions that bring him closer to You, and patience and perseverance in religion.
O Allah, be kind to him in facilitating every difficult matter. For, facilitating the difficult is easy for You. So, I ask You for facilitation for him and protection in this world and the Hereafter.
O Allah, grant him success in every matter, and make it easy for him to achieve every goal. Grant him excellence in the ranks of knowledge.
