When does the Person who arrives by air or sea assume Ihram?

Question :

When does the Hajj pilgrim or the person coming for 'Umrah by air assume Ihram?

Answer:

The person who arrives by air or sea assumes Ihram when they reach the equivalent distance of the Miqat, just like the person who arrives by land. When he reaches a distance equal to the distance of the Miqat, he assumes Ihram in the air or on the sea or slightly before it in order to be safe due to the speed of the plane and the speed of the ship. And success is from Allah.
