The Ruling on Assuming the Office of a Judge in a Country that Does not Judge According to the Islamic Law


Question :

Is it permissible for a Muslim to be a Judge in a country that judges by other than what Allah has revealed in the Qur'an and the Hadith.


Answer:

It is not permissible, And may peace and blessings be upon our Prophet, Muhammad and upon his family and Companions.
