The Most Loving

اَلْوَدُوْدُ

Allah showers His love to those who have imān and do righteous deeds.

Al-Wadūd is:

1. The one who loves His servants.
2. The one who is loved by His servants.
3. Allah constantly bestows His love, mercy and favours to His creation, and receives the love of His servants when they worship & thank Him.


Connect to al-Wadūd:


1. Love Allah more than everything else.


2. Ask Allah for His love. Say:
   

   
   ‎اَللّهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ حُبَّكَ ، وَحُبَّ مَنْ يُّحِبُّكَ ، وَحُبَّ عَمَلٍ يُّقَرِّبُنِيْ إِلَى حُبِّكَ

   
   

   Translation :

   
   I ask You for Your love, the love of those whom You love, and the love of deeds which will bring me closer to Your love.


3. Do what will make you the recipient of Allah's love, especially following the example of Allah’s Messenger ﷺ.


4. Love your fellow believers. Purify your heart from hatred & envy. Give preference to them over yourself.
