He bought some Gold from me and then returned it
Question :
If a person bought some gold from me, and paid its price, and received the gold, then he comes after some time wanting to return the gold and take back his money that he paid to me, is that permissible for me to do? Or do I have to buy it from him if he wants the market price?
Answer:
If the matter is like you mentioned, that is permissible by way of remitting and canceling the sale.
