Dua to ask Allah Easy Reckoning

✨اَللّٰهُمَّ حَاسِبْنِيْ حِسَابًا يَّسِيْرًا.

Translation :

O Allah, grant me an easy reckoning.

Transliteration :

Allāhumma ḥāsibnī ḥisāba-y-yasīrā.

Hadith:

ʿĀ'isha (raḍiy Allāhu ‘anhā) narrates: “I said: ‘O Messenger of Allah ﷺ, what is an easy reckoning?’ He said: ‘(An easy reckoning is) that Allah looks inside His book (of deeds) and pardons him, for one who his taken to task and interrogated on that Day, O ʿĀ'isha, will be destroyed. And anything that afflicts a Muslim, Allah will expiate his sins as much as the prick of a thorn.” (Ahmad 24215)

ʿĀ'isha (raḍiy Allāhu ‘anhā) narrates: “Once the Prophet ﷺ said: ‘Whoever will be called to account (about his deeds on the Day of Resurrection) will surely be punished.’ I said: ‘Doesn’t Allah say: “He surely will receive an easy reckoning.” (84.8) The Prophet ﷺ replied, ‘This means only the presentation of the accounts but whoever will be taken to account and interrogated, will certainly be ruined.’ (Bukhārī 103)
