Dua For Anxiety

The best dua is the one which is made from the core of your heart. Dua doesn’t necessarily need to be in Arabic as Allah understands all languages.
Below are some special duas from Quran and Hadith that you can also make relating to your needs.


✨لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ



Translation :

“There is none worthy of worship but You, glory is to You. Surely, I was among the wrongdoers.”


Transliteration :

laa ‘ilaaha ‘illaa ‘Anlta subhaanaka ‘innee kuntu minadh-dhaalimeen


✨وَأُفَوِّضُ أَمْرِي إِلَى اللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَصِيرٌ بِالْعِبَادِ



Translation :

“I entrust my affair to Allah. Indeed, Allah is Seeing of [His] servants.”


Transliteration :

wa ufawwidhu amree ila Allahi innallaha baseerun bil ibaad


✨ اللَّهُمَّ لاَ سَهْلَ إِلاَّ مَا جَعَلْتَهُ سَهْلاً وَأَنْتَ تَجْعَلُ الْحَزْنَ إِذَا شِئْتَ سَهْلاً



Translation :

“Oh Allah, there is no ease other than what You make easy. If You please You ease sorrow.”


Transliteration :

allaahumma laa sahla ‘illaa maal ja’altahu sahlan wa ‘Anta taj’alul-hazna ‘ithaa shi’ta sahlan


✨اللَّهُمَّ رَحْمَتَكَ أَرْجُو فَلاَ تَكِلْنِي إِلَى نَفْسِي طَرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ وَأَصْلِحْ لِي شَأْنِي كُلَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ



Translation :

“Oh Allah, I hope for Your mercy. Do not leave me to myself even for the blinking of an eye (i.e. a moment). Correct all of my affairs for me. There is none worthy of worship but You.”


Transliteration :

allaahumma rahmataka ‘arjoo falaa takilnee ‘ilaa nafsee tarfata ‘aynin, wa ‘aslih lee sha’nee kullahu, laa’ilaaha ‘illaa ‘Anta


✨يا حَـيُّ يا قَيّـومُ بِـرَحْمَـتِكِ أَسْتَـغـيث ،أَصْلِـحْ لي شَـأْنـي كُلَّـه ،وَلا تَكِلـني إِلى نَفْـسي طَـرْفَةَ عَـين



Translation :

“O Ever-Living One, O Eternal One, by Your mercy I call on You to set right all my affairs.
Do not place me in charge of my soul even for the blinking of an eye (i.e. a moment).”


Transliteration :

Yā Ḥayyu yā Qayyūmu biraḥmatika astaghīth aṣlih lī sha'nī kullah wa lā takilnī ilā nafsī ṭarfata `ayn.
